This Kensington family wanted to spend more time outdoors without our dreaded mosquitoes bothering them. We quickly realized that the activity areas needed to be screened or they wouldn’t be used.
Thanks to the use of non-flammable materials and a range hood, we were able to bring even the kitchen inside the new screened porch. The incredible setup includes a grill, refrigerator drawers, a pizza oven, small prep sink, trash receptacle, and plenty of storage for dishes and other items.
A custom table at counter height provides space for dining and hanging out while watching tv, while a seating group with gas fire table provides a lounge area on the opposite side.
Ceiling fans and inset heaters mean this porch can be used in all but the most extreme weather- perfection!
