I’ve been thinking a lot about cutting gardens lately. Our front yard is newly sunny and I’m trying to grow all sorts of things for bouquets. I also have a lot of flowering shrubs in the back garden that I don’t look at everyday. When I cut those blooms and bring them inside (and it’s always to the kitchen counter), I can enjoy them every time I walk by (and I’m always in the kitchen!).
Don’t be afraid to pick your flowers for indoor enjoyment. In fact, you’ll probably encourage your plants to bloom even more when you do.
