Summer time means travel for many of us, and I find myself looking for gardens wherever we go. Last year we visited South Korea where we enjoyed The Garden of Morning Calm, and this summer I had a wonderful visit to the Bloedel Reserve on Bainbridge Island while visiting family.
But you certainly don’t have to travel far to tour great gardens, especially in our area. I recently went to the Ladew Topiary Gardens closer to home, and thoroughly enjoyed their grounds and house tour. My next excursion will be to Chanticleer in a few weeks- can’t wait!
